Job Requirements

  1. Basic qualifications in pastry & baking arts, strong arithmetic skills
  2. Minimum ace english results 2, or highly conversant in english
  3. 3-5 years relevant work experience in f&b industry
  4. Working knowledge of western & khmer desserts, pastries, beverages
  5. Must be willing to conduct cooking demo for interview

Job Responsibilities

  1. PREPARE LABORATORY PROTOTYPES FOR AGILE SPRINT PROCESS
  2. CREATE THEMED PRODUCT & FLAVOR CONCEPTS AND EXECUTE PREPARATION
  3. ASSIST IN GENERAL MAINTENANCE AND HOUSEKEEPING OF CANDY KITCHEN, 6S
  4. UPDATE FLAVOR LIBRARY ACCORDING TO NEW SAMPLES
  5. RECIPE MAINTENANCE AND RAW MATERIAL COSTING
