Zone Sales Manager

Job Requirements

  1. BSc/MSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field is preferred
  2. Outstanding negotiation and consultative sale skills
  3. Effective communication skills
  4. Experience managing, directing, mentoring, and coaching sale team
  5. Very good in English

Job Responsibilities

  1. Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to sale team of assigned territory.
  2. Monitoring the performance of the sale coordinator and motivating them to meet or exceed sale targets.
  3. Develop performance improvement plan for sale team to meet performance targets.
  4. Travelling to potential new and existing customers within assigned territory to build brand awareness.
  5. Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
  6. Proactively pursue new sale opportunities or expanding market.
  7. Ensure the company’s sale database (customer information, etc.) are regularly updated.
