At Aprati Foods​​ (Cambodia) Ltd. “AFC”, we believe that standards provide associates with clear expectations. We believe that communicating clear expectations is a necessary step in creating a great place to work.  AFC uses international standards and develops internal standards, so that associates know what acceptable work looks, feels and tastes like.  Standards and expectations help to reveal problems; if we have no standards and expectations, then we have no problems.
